how do i find out the measurements for the instruments?

WHAT ARE THE STORAGE CONDITIONS FOR THE IOLs?

Zabby’s Intraocular lenses both rigid and foldable, must be kept away from sunlight and stored in a dry place.

how do i take care if my instruments to ensure that they last me longer and remain in a pristine state?

WHAT IS THE EXPIRY DATE OF THE LENS, and how do we find this out?

At the back of each lens, there is a sticker with the product manufacturing as well as expiry date. Moreover, PanOphthalmics will make a note of the lens’s supplied expiry dates on your reciepts so that you are also kept aware of this!

what is the warrantee on e.lite surgicals?

E.lite™ surgical instruments are guaranteed for life against manufacturing defects, provided that the instrument is used for its intended surgical purpose. We will either repair or replace the instrument at our discretion. This warranty is void if failure of the product has resulted from normal wear and tear from instrument use, accident, abuse, misapplication or negligence.

can i exchange lenses that are about to expire?

Yes! You may do so and exchange these IOLs! Provided that the lens is at least 6 months prior to the expiry date. 

How can I see the prices for the products I have selected?
You may do so by sending us a message on either fb/ linkedIn, or by sending us an email! We will then be able to create a customized proposal — just for you. Upon receiving our response, you will now be able to see the products suited for your needs and we can take the transaction further from there!
